What we collect from you in order to process custom packaging orders and provide support? This includes:

  • Order & Design Details: Product specification, custom requirements, artwork files, printing preference, and history of purchase transactions.

How We Use Your Information?

With respect to an individual, your data has been processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to that individual as per the purpose of processing.

Part 2: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all commercial agreements, quotes, artwork approvals, and transactions between Boxo Packaging UK and the client.

Quotations and Ordering

Unless otherwise stated, all quotes from Boxo Packaging UK are only valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. A legally binding order is not accepted until the customer has provided written confirmation in the form of approval (including final artwork) and payment or deposit (as applicable) have been received and cleared.

Artwork & Printing

  • Client Duty: You Deliver Print Ready Artwork Files (i.e. CMYK, resolution requirements, bleeds, Fonts must be outlined.)
  • Artwork Proof by Client: The client who sent you their artwork has to check and approve the digital proofs. Boxo Packaging UK has no liability if a customer does not check and/or approve their proofs, including but not limited to letter layout sizes or colour balance.
  • Colour Variation: Some materials, printing lots and processes can cause variation in colour. The final PMS color matching should be adhered to as closely as possible; however, complete perfection from piece to piece cannot always be achieved based on the material being printed.

Production Timelines and Delivery

  • Turnaround Times: Lead times for production and dispatch provided are estimates based on the best information at hand. Only with a proof sign-off against artwork and payment confirmation does production start.
  • Delivery: Delivery is managed by well-established UK carrier networks. Boxo Packaging UK shall not be liable for any indirect losses or delay costs caused by loss of courier time, extreme weather, unpredictable transit occurrences and third-party couriers.

Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are expressed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). At checkout or invoicing, VAT will be added at the statutory rate. Orders are placed in production only when payment terms have been agreed to, and full prepayment must be settled before work commences unless formal credit terms have been accepted.

Cancellations, Returns, and Custom Goods

As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, you may not cancel something that has already started production or been made specifically for a client (and therefore cannot be sold again). You must inform Boxo Packaging UK in writing with photographs and/or video evidence within 5 working days of receipt if the goods are damaged through a manufacturing fault when they arrive. Faulty goods would be examined and, if validated, will be reprinted or a credit given at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

You will not hold Boxo Packaging UK liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit or business reputation). For any claim, the total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of such order. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms is ensured to the English courts.
