These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, design consultations, bespoke manufacturing orders, and packaging production Services provided by our company. All orders made on our platform, any approval of digital art proof, and custom packaging solutions requested from us nationwide are considered to be made by you, who have accepted the legal obligations that these terms hold.

We may also change and update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such update will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Customer Artwork, Proofing, and Copyright

Intellectual Property Responsibility: If you submit designs, logos, artwork, or text for custom printing, you warrant that you own or have legal authorization from the appropriate copyright and trademark owners. Nothing from the copyright and/or trademark infringement of the artworks supplied by customers. You represent and warrant that any use of Images (like photographs, logos or slogans) is used only with the right to do so, and it is your obligation to indemnify us for all claims, damages or legal fees caused.

No-Charge Design Assistance & Approvals of Proofs

We provide free design support for structural layouts and graphical placements, but we accept no responsibility for the accuracy of artwork, which rests solely with the customer.

  1. Digital Proofs: Prior to production, a digital PDF proof or 3D visual preview is provided for approval.
  2. Proof Checklist: You need to scrub through every spelling, typography, layout length, bleed areas, resolution, and model colors.
  3. Written Sign-Off: Production begins only once you have provided written email approval or a digital sign-off. After approval, no modifications to the artwork will be accepted.

Colour Matching, Materials And Manufacturing Tolerances

Printing & Colour Fidelity: We use CMYK digital & offset lithographic printing. Because of the fundamental technical differences between digital RGB screen previews and physical application ink-on-paper:

  • Exact Colour match cannot be guaranteed unless a physical hard-proof or Pantone (PMS) reference is specified and approved before production.
  • For all normal industry tolerances on standard production runs, small differences in shade, tone or saturation of color between different production runs are to be expected.

Material Specifications & Tolerances

Our heavy dependence on the natural materials found in recycled Kraft, corrugated board, rigid board and folding boxboard may result in minor variations of the surfaces or textures.

  • Sizing Tolerances: Outlet box dimensions, as well as die-cut fold lines, can be subject to manufacturing tolerances between 1.5–2mm per standard industry terms (meaning up to 4mm forms the shape of a cusp).
  • Quantity Variation: An over-run or under-run tolerance of up to 5% may apply for large-size bespoke bulk orders due to technical setup requirements when cutting and gluing in an automated process.

Pricing, Payments, and Order Cancellations

Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and subject to standard UK VAT where appropriate. Your job won’t be sent to the manufacturing facility until it is either paid in full or an agreed deposit amount has been received.

Cancellation Policy: While all our packaging boxes, Mylar bags, display solutions, and retail packaging are made-to-order to client specifications:

  • Pre-Production: Orders cancelled after seeing the proof of artwork but before production setting may incur an administrative and design fee.
  • In-Production: Once we have started your physical construction, plate making, or paper cutting – orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

Dispatch, Shipping, and Inspection Policy

Delivery & Dispatch Times: All turnaround times and dispatch estimates are given in good faith. Order fulfillment strives to fulfill all orders with next-day delivery where possible, using approved UK courier networks, but we can not legally guarantee dates of delivery. We are not responsible for Shipping delays due to extreme weather, courier backlog, and missing address details.

Inspection Period & Claims: You will inspect all outer cartons and internal packaging contents within one working day of receiving your consignment.

Damaged Goods during Transit: Shippers must note and describe visible damage by the carrier on the accompanying delivery receipts upon receipt at our warehouse. Informed within 24 hours of any mishandling whatsoever.

  • Quality Check Windows: Written Debale for manufacturing defects, short counts, or structural discrepancies may be filed within 14 to 21 days of receipt of goods.
  • Exclusions: If goods are not returned or examined within the time specified, the customer is considered to agree that there is nothing wrong with the goods.

Sustainable Materials & Environmental Compliance

You are well versed in sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing, utilizing recyclable cardboard instead of plastic, and using Kraft paper that decomposes naturally, as well as sustainably sourced papers - to highlight a few. For FSC certification or post-consumer recycled content percentages, customers should note this during the first quote here to ensure clear compliance with UK environmental packaging guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for more than what you paid us for any claim in respect of defective goods, delayed delivery or breach of contract. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, business interruption and third party client costs howsoever arising.
